Your detox hub
One page for the whole journey: what today asks of you, the live sessions, and every guide in one place. Questions live in the WhatsApp group. That is our circle.

Three things to do before orientation on 20 September, and do them on your phone: that is where the answers are saved, and where your Detox Companion reads them from.

Live sessions
Your lessons
Short video teachings for every phase, from preparation through to integration, alongside Sandrine's mindset course. This is where most of the teaching lives.
Save all the dates to your calendar, with Zoom link inside. Recorded if you cannot join live.
Join the WhatsApp circle — this is where daily questions live, and where we cheer each other on.
The programme has a shape, and a good deal of what it does for you comes from that shape, so following it is yours to hold. We also know that a real life will sometimes ask you to soften a day, or to recalibrate something to the body you actually woke up in, and we trust you to do that with care. If anything is unclear, bring it to the WhatsApp group, where questions are always welcome. If you are on VIP, your 1:1 sessions are there for exactly this.
You have moved to the deep track partway through, and that is yours to decide. The fast days ask more of you than the liquid ones, so do talk it through in the group before the next core day. We would much rather you went into it prepared.
