Your Detox Companion.

Ask about today's food, meal ideas from the programme, batch cooking, or where anything lives on the hub. The Companion knows the guide, not medicine: for symptoms use the First-Aid Guide and the WhatsApp circle, and for anything personal, write to Fay.

How to get the best out of it
  • Ask in plain words. “What can I have for lunch on day 3?” works better than one word. The more it knows about your situation, the more useful the answer.
  • Keep going in the same conversation. It remembers what you have already told it, so you can say “and something I can take to work” without repeating yourself.
  • Use it on one device, ideally your phone. Your track, your food filter and this conversation are saved on the device you are using, and nowhere else. On a second device it starts from scratch.
  • It knows the programme, not you. It has the guide, the recipes, the schedule and your track. It has not seen your health history, and it cannot look anything up for you.
  • Check anything that matters. It can be wrong. For the food lists and the day-by-day, the Nutrition & Naturopathy Guide on your hub is the final word.
  • Symptoms are not for the Companion. Headaches, dizziness, anything that worries you: the Symptoms First-Aid Guide, then the WhatsApp circle, then Fay. Anything urgent or medical goes to your doctor.
  • Nobody reads this but you. The conversation stays on your device. Fay does not see it, which also means she will not know you asked, so bring the things you want her to know to the circle.
