Fay Israsena Na Ayudhya·Naturopathy · Functional Nutrition · Holistic Coaching

When you are ready for
the next version of you,
or your health is holding you back.

I work with gut trouble, stubborn fatigue, hormonal shifts and a nervous system that will not switch off. And because health is made by how we live, not only by what we eat, I also coach people through life’s bigger turns: direction, identity, change. Together we find what is actually in the way, then build a personalised path back to energy, clarity and a life that feels like your own. In person in London and online worldwide.

Not just a plan.
A presence alongside your process.

I am Fay Israsena Na Ayudhya. I work with people who are ready for change and tired of losing the thread. My work is not about handing you more information. It is about giving you what you actually need, and creating the conditions in which change holds.

I draw on functional nutrition, naturopathic medicine, nervous system regulation, oriental wisdom, and somatic practice. I work with the whole picture: gut health, energy, sleep, hormones, skin, emotional patterns. In the body, nothing is isolated. I work in person in London and online worldwide, which means more flexibility to meet you wherever you are.

Health, to me, is far more than the absence of illness. It is energy that carries you, a mind that is clear, and a sense of aliveness that reaches past the body into how you feel about your life and yourself. That is what the plan is for. One built around your life as it actually is, not the version you might have on a good week. Specific. Achievable. Never designed to feel like climbing a mountain.

This is not a
discipline problem.

You have adjusted your diet, improved your sleep, reduced your caffeine, read the articles. And still something does not quite resolve.

It is a capacity problem. When the nervous system is overwhelmed, even mildly, even chronically, in the way most of us have learned to call normal, change does not stick. Not because you are weak. Because you are not built to change from a state of overwhelm. This is exactly what this work addresses first.
