The beginning is always a conversation.
Before I recommend anything, I want to understand you. Your full history, the patterns your body is holding, what you have already tried, and what you are ready for.
Two sessions. A full picture.
The initial consultation is where we build that picture together and start on the fundamentals. The follow-ups are where we finetune as you progress.
Most plans fail not because they are wrong, but because they were built without enough information. We start by gathering it, patiently and in full. By the time you receive a protocol, every recommendation in it has a reason, and you know what that reason is.
Ninety minutes of listening.
In our first session we move through your health history in full: digestion, energy, sleep, stress patterns, hormonal rhythm, skin, and anything else your body has been communicating.
I will ask a lot of questions. I will listen to the answers carefully. We may also discuss recent bloods, functional testing if relevant, and the shape of your week as it actually is, not how it might look on a perfect one.
Sixty minutes of response.
I bring you a personalised protocol, not a generic plan, but a specific response to what we found together. We refine it in conversation, adjust where life requires it, and make sure every part feels actionable.
You leave knowing what to do, why you are doing it, and what to expect along the way. Written notes and resources follow within 48 hours.
If you are starting or starting over.
-
i.Something feels off and you cannot name it yet.You have noticed patterns, energy that dips, sleep that is not quite right, digestion that is asking for attention, but you cannot point to one thing.
-
ii.You have tried several approaches already.Diets, supplements, articles, advice. You want someone to look at the whole picture and tell you what actually applies to you.
-
iii.You want a clear, considered next step. Not a course, not a six-month commitment yet. A starting point that gives you a real plan and clarity about whether to go further.
What you can expect.
If you would like to know whether this is the right starting point, a twenty-minute discovery call is the way to find out.
