Twice a year. On the equinox. Together.
For when the season just gone has left you heavy, foggy, or running on habits you did not choose. Rest for your digestion, a clear head, and a fresh start, aligned with the equinox and the waning moon. Not a short cleanse. A multi-week journey through preparation, detox, and integration.
A whole-system journey, not a trendy cleanse.
A multi-week guided reset moving through preparation, a 7-day core detox phase, and a careful integration, supporting the body, the nervous system, and the emotional landscape together.
Twice a year, the equinox marks a threshold. The body knows it. So does the mind. The Detox of Becoming is a structured way to meet that turning, to release what the previous season asked of you, and to come into the next one with clarity.
This is not a fast you do alone in the dark. It is a held journey, with daily protocols, group support, and the depth of care to make the work safe, doable, and meaningful. And it is more than nutrition: mindset is woven through the whole journey with Sandrine Fuentes, NLP and hypnotherapy practitioner, so the mind can release what the body is releasing.
- Easier digestion and gut comfort. Less bloating, gentler elimination.
- Steadier energy. Balanced days without spikes or slumps.
- Clearer focus and emotional calm. Greater presence and resilience.
- Renewed self-trust. Practical habits and rhythms that last.
The journey is neurodivergent-friendly, with clear guidance, visual structure and flexible pacing, and it works in both hemispheres.
Three phases. One quiet arc.
Each phase is held with the same care. The detox itself is the shortest part. The preparation and integration are where most of the integration happens.
Two weeks of gradual food simplification, hydration practice, and nervous-system settling, while the mindset work begins with Sandrine Fuentes, NLP and hypnotherapy practitioner. The body is prepared. So is the mind.
Daily structure, group calls, breath and movement protocols. The body releases. We move through together, day by day.
A careful refeeding window. Reflection prompts. The foundations of how you want this next season to feel, and the daily practices to hold them.
Two tracks. The same care.
Both tracks carry the same care, the same structure, and the same price. The difference is only how deep into the practice you are ready to go.
The Gentle Track.
Eases you in and out with light meals, moving through a 72-hour core detox period using blended and liquid foods. The right depth if this is your first guided reset, or if your current capacity asks for a softer entry.
- Core depth72-hour liquid only fast
- Best forFirst-time or sensitive
The Deep Track.
Moves into a guided water fast for those ready for that depth. Held with daily protocols, breath practice, and somatic support. Recommended only when nervous-system capacity and life conditions allow.
- Core depth3–5 day water fast
- Best forReturning participants and experienced fasters

For deeper personal integration.
A VIP upgrade is available with three 1:1 sessions. One with Fay Israsena Na Ayudhya on nutrition and naturopathic support, two with Sandrine Fuentes on mindset and emotional integration.
What participants carried home.
“This wasn’t a detox I had to push through. It supported both my nervous system and my digestion. I felt guided through symptoms, ended with more energy, and the benefits were measurable.”
“I don’t think I’d have managed this alone. The structure helped me stay consistent without feeling micromanaged, and the recipes were really good.”
“What stayed with me was how I felt afterwards. I came away with a clearer understanding of my body and rhythms, and tools I still use daily.”
Prefer to explore before committing? Why your reset hasn’t worked.
A grounded conversation with Fay and Sandrine, not about willpower or doing more: why effort alone often is not enough, how stress, safety and subconscious patterns shape results, and how to sense whether this journey is right for you at this moment.
Your guides.
A naturopathic nutritionist specialising in seasonal, nervous-system-led change, with training across nutrition, naturopathy, yoga and seasonal living, and over two decades of lived practice. In this journey Fay helps you work with your body rather than against it, and leave with a personalised, sustainable approach to nourishment that outlasts the detox itself.
More about Fay
A mindset and transformation coach who helps people identify and release the subconscious patterns behind behaviour, stress and self-sabotage. Within the journey Sandrine holds the mental and emotional landscape, offering tools that let your nervous system and inner responses work with the change rather than against it.
More about SandrineBefore you decide.
-
How long is the actual detox? The core detox phase is one guided week, inside a three-week journey. The preparation phase before and integration phase after are essential parts of the process: they let your body and nervous system adapt, so the changes are sustainable rather than short-lived.
-
Do I need to prepare before we start?Yes, and you are guided step by step: food screening and shopping lists, menus and recipes (omnivore and vegan), mindset prompts, short video and audio teachings, and trackers to support pacing. Preparation is where the journey actually begins.
-
How are the materials delivered, and is there support?Everything is digital: recipes, rituals and daily guidance, live sessions with recorded replays, and a private WhatsApp community where you can ask questions throughout. VIP participants also receive direct 1:1 support.
-
What can I eat, and do I need supplements?Whole foods chosen to support gentle cleansing and ease digestion, with clear food lists on both tracks and omnivore or vegan menus. Supplements are optional: we offer guidance on those that support energy, drainage and calm, but none are required.
-
What do the VIP 1:1 sessions involve? One session with Fay reviews your health history, digestion and energy, tailors the detox to you, and leaves you with a nutrition framework to carry forward. Two sessions with Sandrine address the subconscious patterns behind habits, cravings and self-sabotage, with a short pre-session assessment and practical tools you keep.
-
Can I join if I am pregnant, or have a medical condition? We do not recommend this detox during pregnancy or active breastfeeding. If you have a significant medical condition, such as Type 1 diabetes, please check with your healthcare provider first. Many people still benefit from the mindset and gentle nutrition tools with a modified protocol.
-
I live in the Southern Hemisphere. Is it still for me?Yes. The journey aligns with universal seasonal balance, releasing inwardly or supporting emergence outwardly, and the lived experience adapts to each hemisphere.
-
What if I change my mind?A full refund is available up until the start date. Once the programme begins, refunds are not offered: this is a held group journey where everyone’s commitment matters.
This is an educational programme and does not replace medical advice. If you have a complex condition, please consult your practitioner.
A detox is not about purity. It is about giving the body the rest it has been quietly asking for, and meeting the season already underway.
