The body's own insistence.
A naturopath and functional nutritionist working with people who are ready for change, and tired of losing the thread.
A path that was not clean or linear.
I came to this work the way most practitioners do. Not through a clean, linear path, but through the body's own insistence. Through years of not quite understanding what was happening in mine, and then, slowly, beginning to.
I qualified as a nutritionist and naturopath in 2019. Since then I have worked with people navigating gut dysfunction, chronic fatigue, metabolic resistance, hormonal transitions, skin conditions, nervous system dysregulation, and the complex patterns that tend to sit behind all of them.
I work in person in London and online, with people in many places, many lives, many starting points. What they share is a willingness to stop performing wellness and start practising it. To move past managing symptoms toward something fuller: energy, clarity, ease, a life that feels like their own.
Everything is connected.
I do not separate the body from the nervous system. I do not separate digestion from sleep, or skin from gut, or energy from emotional regulation. Everything is connected, and that connectivity is where the real work happens.
I draw on functional nutrition, naturopathic principles, macrobiotic philosophy, and somatic awareness. I read the research. I also trust the body's own intelligence: its rhythms, its seasons, its signals. Neither feels like a compromise. And beyond the biology and the emotions, there is the part of a person that knows things before the mind does. That, too, belongs in the room.
-
i.The body is one system.Gut, hormones, sleep, skin, mood. They communicate. Treating them in isolation is why most plans stall.
-
ii.Capacity comes before change. You cannot change from a state of overwhelm. Regulation of the nervous system is the ground on which everything else can rest.
-
iii.A plan must meet your life.Built around your actual week, not the version you might have on a good one. Specific, achievable, alive.
-
iv.Presence is the medicine. The quality of attention you receive while changing is, often, the thing that lets the change hold.
Five traditions, one practice.
Each of these informs how I read a body, how I build a plan, and how we work together. None of them sits in isolation. They meet in the room.
Personalised, root-cause work across digestion, energy, hormones, and inflammation. Evidence-led, individualised, never a one-size protocol.
Whole-system principles, herbs, foods, and pace. A long view of how the body restores itself when given the right conditions.
Polyvagal-informed work, and practical tools to widen your window of tolerance so the plan you make is one you can actually live.
An older intelligence about food and balance: warming and cooling, and the energetics of how food meets the body.
Interoceptive awareness, gentle movement, breath. The body speaks before the mind articulates. This work helps you hear it.
Threads from traditions older than functional medicine, about constitution, elements, and the meaning of symptoms, woven in where they belong.
Trained, registered, and still learning.
