Begin with a conversation.
A discovery call is twenty minutes. No pressure, no preparation needed. Just a way for us to see whether this is the right fit.
Three ways to begin.
Most people start with a discovery call. If you would rather write first, the form is just as good.

A few questions worth answering early.
-
Do I need to have a specific health concern to work with you?
No. Health is far more than the absence of illness. Many people come with something genuinely unresolved: gut, energy, hormones, skin. Others come already well, and want to go further, toward vibrancy, thriving, and a kind of joy that reaches past the body and even past the emotions, into alignment with who they are. Both are good reasons. The work is the same either way: learning to read yourself, and building a life your body can flourish in.
-
How do I know which programme is right for me?
A discovery call is the simplest way. Twenty minutes, no pressure. By the end, we usually both know whether to begin with the consultation, the 12-week reset, the seasonal detox, or whether the timing is not right yet.
-
Do you take insurance?
Not directly, but I can provide an invoice for your provider. Many UK schemes (Vitality, AXA, WPA) reimburse naturopathic nutrition.
-
What if I am abroad?
All programmes run online. I work with clients across Europe, North America, and Asia. Sessions are scheduled around your time zone wherever possible. Available in English, French, and Italian.
-
Is this medical care?
No. Naturopathic nutrition is complementary, not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a registered medical practitioner. I work alongside your GP and other clinicians where relevant, never instead of them.
